Thanks to our good friends at Seamar Construction and Historic Charleston, here is a list of the most recent tenants of 301 King, as found in the Old Codgers' Charleston Address Book, 1900-1999 and other ye olde publications.
A shot of what will be the front entrance for Blue Ion HQ....from an alley right off of Liberty Street. The old mural for Hart Schaffner & Marx is pretty sweet. It's peeling and in bad shape, so we'll need to see what we do with it.
