Despite torrential downpours and first floor flooding (thanks to street level storm drain), progress was made last week. The most exciting part of which was the foundation for the stage that’s located between the kitchen/bar and work stations. The stage will serve as a lounge/conference area and a literal stage for presentations and performances. It […]
Great progress over the last week...things are changing fast. It's awesome when things are rolling along.
Good progress at 301 this week...the highlight being the removal of many of the beams that open up to the mezzanine and out to the patio/deck.
A nice capturing of the time lapse building of the NEW roof part of the mezzanine space inside our office. This was done during the week of May 14th thru May 21st. It was held up for weeks waiting on weather to cooperate… a nice string of (mostly) sunny/no rainy days. Pretty Amazing.

During the construction process, we’ve mentioned we have set up cameras to do time lapse of the construction. We’ll eventually string all the shots together from start to finish of the project, but this is a first glimpse of some work to the Gunnite walls early on in the project. Unfortunately we didn’t capture the […]
Yesterday we took a lunchtime field trip up to Matt Decell's shop to look over wood grain/color samples, as we need to nail down selections for the open kitchen cabinetry and wall systems.
